INVITATION: PUBLIC MEETING

Re:     Lafayette North Plan Preparation

The Lafayette City-Parish Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, December 15, 2005 at 5:30 pm at the Lafayette Holiday Inn for the purpose of initiating preparation of a Lafayette North Plan as part of the Lafayette Comprehensive Plan: Lafayette IN a Century (LINC).

You are cordially invited to this initial meeting to assist in identifying current and long term needs, problems and visioning for the specific geographic area bordered on the north by Gloria Switch Road, west and south by University Avenue and east by the Parish Line. There are a number of plans, studies and proposals prepared over the years and a couple of new pending studies involving the area. The purpose of this meeting is to identify available community human and other resources available and help guide the formal preparation and adoption of a comprehensive plan for Lafayette North.
